CREATIVE OFFICE SPACES AT THE MURPHY
At the convergence of the West End, Adair Park, and Oakland City neighborhoods, stands The Murphy. 115,000 square foot, adaptive reuse project that will repurpose two historic buildings from multi-story warehouse to creative office space. Situated on a spur of the Atlanta BeltLine’s Westside Trail, The Murphy is adjacent to the BeltLine’s Murphy Crossing redevelopment site, and across from the rapidly-growing food & beverage destination at Lee + White.
The Creative Office space at The Murphy will retain original features that date back to the early 1900’s, such as heavy timber construction and brick interiors. Plans include a 5,000sf covered rooftop deck amenity and exterior plaza areas that spill onto the Beltline spur.
